SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefor read alongside our Terms & Condition page.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
- We offer USPS First-class or equivalent shipping on Standard shipping method.
- We offer FedEx Overnight or equivalent expedited shipping method with a flat $18.00 shipping fees. Shipping fees are subject to quantity purchased and may vary or may also result in denial of expedited shipping service.
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of products in faith but are estimates only.
How is my subscription fulfilled?
If you are buying subscription, then we will process and ship your order as per your selected scheduled date. If the scheduled order date falls on weekend or on a holiday, order may be processed on the previous business day but ship on the next business day.
You can modify or delete your subscription by logging in into your entero-cr account. Changes made to the subscription before 1 business day form its scheduled order date (2 business days if scheduled order date falls on weekend or on a holiday) can be accommodated. Any changes made within 1 business day (2 business days if scheduled order date falls on weekend or on a holiday) before its scheduled order date would be applied to its subsequent order(s).
Do you deliver internationally?
We do not offer international shipping.
Are there other shipping /delivery restrictions?
Orders placed before 12 noon EST on a business day will be process on the same day subject to availability of the product(s).
Overnight shipping orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Not all shipping methods are available for certain items or certain quantities.
Orders only ship and deliver on business days, which are Monday - Friday. Overnight orders cannot be delivered on Saturday and Sunday.
No shipments and No deliveries on public holidays and during inclement weather conditions.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will try our best to let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date of delivery.
